Refund policy

If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.


Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged upon arrival and has been pre-approved for return. In these cases, we will provide a return shopping label.

To start a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  2. If your item(s) qualify for a return, follow the instructions to complete the return via our email reply.
  3. Pack and send all items back to us per the email instructions. 
  4. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
